Beach: Cheap daily rental prices for south beach
These are our current rates which are
affordable and based on 2 person occupying the unit
:
3 nights is the minimum short term stay - 125
per night
5 to 8 nights stay - 104.00
per night
9 to 15 nights stay - 96.00
per night
16 to 30 nights stay - 86.00
per night
stays greater than 30 nights have to approved.
Rate increase of $25.00 per night for every person above 2
people for the unit.

All units have the following additional charges if they are
not in a package:
13% miami beach tax on the rental
amount only.
$ 40.00 exit cleaning fee.
a fully refundable security deposit of $ 150.00
for less that 2 occupants in a unit.
a fully refundable security deposit of $ 300.00
for 3 or more occupants in a unit.
We do not refund on any cancellation less than 3 weeks from
arrival..
